Services

Case Management
Case management is an essential component of the mission of Catholic Community Services and is the primary link with the children and families the agency serves. The agency provides support and services for children and families including In Home Safety and Non-Safety, a range of placements for children from traditional resource homes, specialized resource homes for children with special needs, including emotional/behavioral, autism, and medical, and residential programs. The children served are aged from birth age 21.

Prevention & Intervention
The Prevention & Intervention department assists the case management team with identifying supports and resources, works with families to ensure safety and promote well-being and advocate for those who are in crisis or transition. Utilizing a strength-based approach to parent engagement, prevention team members supervise visits, assist with medical and behavioral health needs, actively engage all caregivers, recruit potential resource parents, engage the at-risk teen population, and host a variety of events and activities, such as Parent Cafés, that connect families to resources and develop social skills.

Community Engagement
The agency’s work has expanded beyond our agency to the greater Northeast community, a diverse population that has embraced us as their own. Through our community liaisons and partnerships, we seek to meet and engage our neighbors where they are, whether they are in need of resources and services or looking to serve themselves as volunteers. These initiatives include a free diaper bank, annual coat drive and events that are free and open to the public.
Community Events
In addition to the work that we do to serve the families under our agency’s care, we stay active in the community with events that are free and open to the public.
Parent Cafés
Navigating life’s intricate fabric, choices unfold paths to the extraordinary, demanding creativity, curiosity, and courage for a truly fulfilling journey.
Donation Drives
Thanks to the help of our community partners, we regularly hold free giveaways of diapers, clothing and other necessities for you and your family.
Resource Fairs
It takes a village and we’re here to help build yours. Learn more about the resources available to you in the community that can help support you and your family.
